--- AI format, CorelDraw, pls convert the text to curve before you send the file, we need vector file, because we are not sure whether we have the font you use.
12. Will you supply sample to check the quality before make the bulk order?
--- No, we don't supply free customed sample before the production, because it's a complicated process, and the cost is expensive. But we would supply artwork/ mock-up to check and confirm.
13. If we receive bad quality goods, how shall we do?
--- Pls contact us and tell the problem after you receive the goods, we would reproduce the new goods for you, or refund you the money.
14. How can I know that you would refund us the money or supply us the new goods if there is any quality problem when we receive it ?
