How long is the production time?
1-2 days for laser engraved name cards;
8-10 days if less than 10,000pcs if produce cards follow design file. 11-14 days around if more than 10,000pcs. 15-30 days if more than 100,000pcs.
How about the shipping ?
The shipping time need around 2-3 days by DHL, 5-6 days by Air, 15-25 days by Sea.
We have our own DHL and TNT account. Both DHL and TNT give us a 70% off discount.
We can send the goods use our DHL or TNT account, or use customer’s DHL, UPS TNT, Fedex account number, or use customers’ shipping forward.
How about the packing?
Individual poly bag per card;
100pcs per paper box;
100/200/500/1000pcs per carton;
1.5kg per 100pcs for standard 0.3mm; 2.0kg for 0.5mm, 4.5kg for 0.8mm;
What type of price can you offer ?
We as usual quote EXW price. We also can do FOB, CIF, DDP, and DDU price.
How about the payment condition?
We accept Trade Assurance, TT, Western Union, PayPal etc;
It need pay full if less than 1000usd or first order.
Deposit 40%, pay off rest before shipping if more than 1000usd;
Monthly pay for VIP clients.
What type design file do you need?
We need vector format design files. Eps, cdr, or pdf format are ok.
All the layer and text must can been edited from design file.
Can you offer design service?
We can design file free follow “How to make your card design” page.
It need charge 50$ if need we draw a special shape, or a vector format logo or patterns.
How to I send you a big size design file if too big to send by email?
You can send us on line from skype or QQ.
You also can send it use “wetransfer”, “youendit” etc.
How can I get samples?
We can send our current samples as free. Clients need pay the sample postage.
It need pay 50$ if make a sample follow customer’s design file.
We will return back the sample charge if the mass production QTY more than 2000pcs.
